Zimmer® NexGen® Knee replacement devices have shown a very high rate of failure in many recent studies. In these studies, over 1 in 3 knee replacements were deemed radiographically loose. Almost 1 in 10 knee replacements required a revision surgery. The failure rate and revision surgery rate of the Zimmer® NexGen® Knees are unacceptable.

Perona, Langer, Beck, Serbin and Mendoza are actively investigating potential legal action on behalf of victims who have required a revision surgery on their Zimmer® products.
