O-1 Visas are available for individuals with a record of sustained acclaim or extraordinary achievement in the arts, and athletes. O-2 Visas are available to the key support staff who have critical skills and experience assisting O-2 qualified individuals. O-1 Visas require union or peer advisory opinions. The visa is granted for a particular event and is approved for the duration of the event.
